Requirements for graduation for specific degrees are set by the catalog year when the student enrolls. As degree requirements change, students must be responsible for looking at the appropriate catalog when determining the courses they will take to fulfill degree requirements.
The Department of History and Geography revised the undergraduate degree requirements for both the B.A. in History and the B.A. in History and Secondary Education in the fall of 2012. Students who enrolled in either of these two degrees must conform to the degree requirements as established by the academic catalog year in which they enrolled.
New students enrolling for the first time in the Summer/Fall of 2012 will conform to the new revised degree requirements of the B.A. in History and the B.A. in History - Secondary Education Track. Please make sure you use the appropriate catalog for the revised degrees.
